Faith Building & God’s Word

Dick Mills founded DMM to encourage and strengthen Christians all over the world with his unique gift of prophetic Scripture and Bible study. He gave words of wisdom, knowledge and encouragement to over 1,000,000 people in his lifetime. These words were prophetic, and scripturally based and proved to be a powerful combination. Lifting individual’s Christian faith with his anointed personal, powerful, and experiential ministry. We humbly continue the work of personal ministry and Bible study.

Vision & Goals

Our vision is to provide a way for believers to see, hear, read and run with the prophetic and Holy Spirit inspired Word of God. To stay on their feet (Job 4:4), stay filled and change the earth till the return of our Savior. We believe our implementing our vision will produce our God given goal of encouraging, strengthening and helping build the body of Christ into strong warriors.

Taking it back. Taking back what has been stolen, lost and unfairly taken.

Joel 2:25 “So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten,
The crawling locust,
The consuming locust,”

God says He will restore the ‘years’ back to you. Not replace but restore.

When you begin to read Bible stories look at them with this in mind. Situations that are monumental. Something tragic or heartbreaking happens.

God intervenes. And breakthrough comes.

The person in the story with the strength and power of God changes how the story ends.

As believers, many of us are facing difficult situations that are monumental, even tragic, or unfair.

God shows us how to face and walk through difficult situations. How to be empowered with His strength and power and change how our story ends.

In I Samuel 17, the Israel army is facing the dreaded Philistines. The men in the army knew how to fight.

They knew how to battle and were dressed for battle. The men in the army knew how to wield a sword.

Yet none of them did.

They were afraid of the giant Goliath. Unlike any warrior they had ever seen, he terrified them with his size.

We too face giants, situations and diagnosis’ that are enormous and we aren’t sure how to face them. Sometimes our prayers don’t quite seem to be enough. Or the same size as the situation is.

It is time to change the strategy and use God’s strategy. His plan. HIs plan is to always overcome and be victorious and many scriptures focus on giving us His strength, power and might.

Look at what David says to Goliath. How he speaks to his enemy. What he says and what he does.

This is our protocol for facing insurmountable situations and challenges or sickness. Taking back what the enemy is taking or has taken from us.

I Samuel 17:45 David said to Goliath, “You are coming to fight against me with a sword, a spear and a javelin. But I’m coming against you in the name of the Lord who rules over all. He is the God of the armies of Israel. He’s the one you have dared to fight against.

46 This day the Lord will give me the victory over you. I’ll strike you down. I’ll cut your head off. This day I’ll feed the bodies of the Philistine army to the birds and wild animals. Then the whole world will know there is a God in Israel. 47 The Lord doesn’t rescue people by using a sword or a spear. And everyone here will know it. The battle belongs to the Lord. He will hand all of you over to us.”

His name and His Word are our weapons to fight, and come against the powers of darkness.

We don’t fight battles in the flesh. But by prayer and with our worship. Both use our mouths and our words. Our words are pivotal.

David’s words were pivotal in fighting Goliath. He spoke right to his face. He declared what was going to happen, and why. And then he said out loud for his army to hear how we was going to do it.

This is how we pray. How we face insurmountable odds, sickness, situations, circumstances that are beyond our control.

Just for a moment think about the situation David was in. All the men in the army of Israel were dressed for battle and knew how to fight. They all knew how to use a sword and move towards the enemy in battle.

Yet none of them did.

They could see Goliath’s face and he could see theirs. He demeaned them, insulted them and terrified them with the enormity of his presence.

But David faced him differently. Knowing he had a weapon that was enough. Enough to fight the Philistine with.

Did you know you have enough? You have the name of Jesus that is above every name.

Philippians 2:9,10 “Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth”

You have His Word that is more powerful than any two edged sword. (Hebrews 4:12 “The word of God is alive and active. It is sharper than any sword that has two edges. It cuts deep enough to separate soul from spirit.”)

Pray over your situation today with His Name and with His Word. Change your story by bringing the power and the presence of Jesus Christ into your story.

Father in Jesus Name, praying today that you strengthen and empower us with the Holy Spirit. God we thank you that there is nothing too hard for you. We believe that all things are possible (Luke 1:45) and that you have promised to answer our prayers. So today we pray over the impossible situations. We pray over the heart break and the loss. You are near the broken hearted and you bind up their wounds. (Psalm 34:18) God we ask you to turn things around. There is power in your name. Power in your Word. (2 Peter 1:3) We believe that you are not a liar (Numbers 23:19) and that what you have promised you will do.

So we lift up to you God the impossible situations we face today and ask you to intervene. Strengthen us with insight, wisdom and strength to navigate rough waters. Lord we know that we must do what only we can do and then we pray for you to do what only you can do.

In the Mighty Name of Jesus the Name above every name. The Name that the pathetic demons of Hell must tremble at. It is in your Name that we agree and pray all these things.”

Amen.

To God Be All the Glory,

Debbie (Mills) Booth
