Faith Building & God’s Word

Dick Mills founded DMM to encourage and strengthen Christians all over the world with his unique gift of prophetic Scripture and Bible study. He gave words of wisdom, knowledge and encouragement to over 1,000,000 people in his lifetime. These words were prophetic, and scripturally based and proved to be a powerful combination. Lifting individual’s Christian faith with his anointed personal, powerful, and experiential ministry. We humbly continue the work of personal ministry and Bible study.

Vision & Goals

Our vision is to provide a way for believers to see, hear, read and run with the prophetic and Holy Spirit inspired Word of God. To stay on their feet (Job 4:4), stay filled and change the earth till the return of our Savior. We believe our implementing our vision will produce our God given goal of encouraging, strengthening and helping build the body of Christ into strong warriors.

Every morning God has something good for you. When you read Lamentations 3:22,23, “His compassions never fail, they are new every morning….” know that those are words spoken from the very lips of God to you.

How do we know that God’s Words are for us?

2 Corinthians 1:20, “ For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.”

His Word is your play book for life, much like a football coach’s play book is for the team. It is meant to give help, direction, guidance…and what not to do!

All the promises of God are for you. His promises say what He will do for you. What His intentions are for you. God’s promises never tell us that we are ‘losers, a mess, and that He shouldn’t really even bother.’ Thank goodness right?

Your greatest strength as a believer is knowing God’s Word. There is power and life for you each day, for the things you face, and for your future in God’s Word. (Hebrews 4:12, Jeremiah 29:11 for further study.)

2 Peter 1:4, “by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”

Today is a good day to read what God is saying, write down scriptures that are meaningful to you and remind you of what God says and promises. This is so important during a rough season. When you start to question why you are going through what you are going through.

Know what His Word says so you don’t get confused about your circumstances and what God has planned for you….and the 2 seem to be worlds apart!

Trust and pray God’s Word –

Numerous times I’ve started praying and thought “How do I pray?” And that is a valid question. What you are praying about isn’t a right or wrong situation, you just need help, or need God to intervene and soon!

Knowing what God promises is key at this point. We don’t have time to get confused about what God promises in a rough situation and moment.

Remember Eve, in the garden when the serpent spoke to her. She had just talked with God FACE TO FACE! And yet the serpent caused her to distrust God’s Words and intentions. Then she was left to her own reasonings…and things went downhill from there.

We don’t have time for that.

God gives us a game plan and a protocol to follow.

Let me say this, as a believer now for many, many years. I have found that prayer + action set in motion answers to prayer.

Seek first the Kingdom of God (Righteousness or rightness in our situation and relationship), peace and then joy comes. (Matthew 6:33)

Pray about everything and don’t faint. (Don’t fall apart, throw angry fits, get mad at God, give up, go to pieces, fall into depression, question God, mistrust God, walk away from God…) Luke 18:1, “ And he spoke a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;”

Ask God for wisdom, direction, deliverance and breakthrough.

Here are scriptures I pray often with all of this in mind. I say them out loud. When God created the heavens and the earth, He spoke the Words out loud, and things were created, formed and came into existence. (Romans 4:17, “(as it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed—God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did;“)

Jeremiah 40:4, “And now look, I free you this day from the chains that were on your hand.”

Psalm 118:24, “This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.”

Haggai 2:19, “Is there yet any seed left in the barn? Until now, the vine and the fig tree, the pomegranate and the olive tree have not borne fruit. “‘From this day on I will bless you.’”

Jeremiah 30:17a, “I will restore health to you and heal you of all your wounds.”

Psalm 37:3-6, “Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this:
He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.”

How you plant the seed of God’s Word matters. What you plant in prayer, speaking and believing, is what you will see come to life in your life.

Debbie (Mills) Booth
